INTUITIVE DANCE  Playlists 

Find a place to move freely. Move, dance, and flow through all songs and rhythms of the chosen playlists , noticing whatever comes: resistence, impatinece, joy, expansion, anger, sadness, hope... 

Even if not all songs are fully to your taste, this is a great practice in attuning to the rhytms, staying with what's here, and allowing your body to respond and create moment-to-monent. Enjoy!
