Led by Deep Body Institute founder and lead teacher Stefana Serafina, this immersive online course invites you into a direct experience of the body as a source of intuition, emotional truth, creative renewal, and profound inner guidance. Through two powerful guided movement journeys, you will learn how to move beyond mental looping and reconnect with the deeper intelligence living beneath the surface of everyday awareness.
